Default 33's on 3.21 gears??

Is anyone running 33's with their 3.21 gears with the new pentastar V6? and did it take any power away?

Maybe a little but you'll be fine. If my 3.8 can do it yours can.

Manual or auto? I run true to size 32's on a 3.8 stick and it's slower than stock but I can deal with it. Most 33's are around the same size.

Coming from a '10 JKU (auto - 3.73) to the '12 JK (manual - 3.21) I feel like I am getting a lot more oomph. Very rare do I have to drop to 5th, just the steepest longest climbs.

I noticed very little, if any loss in performance running 33"s compared to factory 32"s. Still plenty of power to pass on the highway but may shift out of O/D when cruise control is set at 110kms going up steep hills (did the same thing with 32's on the same hills), however moderate hills are not an issue.
Didn't notice any loss out of the hole either as the 3:21's always felt kinda sluggish off the line even with the 32's, but i can't say it got worse. In the mud and sand again no degradation of performance from stock tires. In this case, because of the more aggressive tread pattern from factory i did notice an increase in performance!!

Ya wish i had opted for the max tow package with the 3:73's, but had i. I probably would of gone with 35's. There is just no end to this madness is there!!

As i have been told..........IT'S A JEEP THING ; )
