I am looking to create a 3rd row of seating Using a 2 door jk rear seat and TJ brackets. I have the seat, TJ brackets, rock hard 3rd row roll cage, and seatbelts. I've seen all the TeraFlex bracket installation threads, but can't afford the $300 sticker price for their brackets. I read a couple of different posts where some guys have used the TJ brackets and installed the seats successfully but have never seen any write ups that used them that gave any kind of installation information or help. The TeraFlex bracket comes with a template and installation guide. The TJ bracket route obviously doesn't. I am looking for any and all help/advice with the placement of the brackets so that I only have to drill once.
I have read all the threads as far as the safety of doing this. Just know that I am installing this 3rd row and understand the risks involved. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
