Came upon a deal for stock 4.10 take offs from a Rubicon. I have a Wrangler X auto and am planning on throwing 35's on soon... This gearset is CHEAP!! I dont want to pass em up but I need to know if I can even use em... If I cant use em I may just buy em and sell/barter as needed. I hears the D30 in my jeep has the same axle tubes and housing as the D44, only difference is the gears? Correct me if Im wrong

Nope Dana 44 ring and pinion are not comparable with a Dana 30 differential. :( but keep looking I found a set of 4.88' for $100 on Craig's list.

You would need a D44 housing

Doh! Ok well I think it will still be a good investment to pass on to folks online... I may just go ahead and pick em up...
