PUT the Yakima on my 13 JKU in 13.. still no leaks.. yes you have to drill holes for the rail tracks to mount to the top..check it out -- its in all the catalogues..

Love my Gobi stealth rack. Carries kayaks, luggage, lumber etc with no complaints.
