Default 4WD not engaging..

i recently had my jeep at the dealership to have the TSB for the throw out bearing done, two weeks ago....today i go to shift into 4WD, and nothing..

just wondering if any of you have had this TSB done and had any problems?

really ticked off at the dealer....now have to make second trip in one month...

Question was it working before?

Is it 4hi or 4 low or both of them not working? is 2wd ok? any other problems? Sorry but I haven't heard of this happening without someone breaking something out on a trail.... good luck though, some dealers just suck.....

Sounds like they neglected to re-attatch the linkage. Were it me, I would crawl under the Jeep first and see what is going on and how difficut it would be to fix myself. Almost anything is better than letting the dealer touch my Jeep

I agree with whatroads ^^^. Even IF a dealer did manage to actually "fix" a problem, he's gonna CAUSE at least a couple more!

You must not have paid the monthly 4WD access charge to DC.
