I just turned 1200 miles on my 2012 Jku. I never really got on it so I did to see how the new engines are. I got a loud roar between shifts. Is this normal? It didn't really sound to healthy almost like theres a load on the engine like the AC was on but it wasn't. I only tacked it out to 4500 RPM's between shifts.

 

this happens on mine also... it usually happens when i switch gears at high er RPM's...

 

O.k. so this is normal?

 

I don't see this as an issue... it's probably how the jeep is.
