Alright... Job is done... I think...

So I have the Mobil 1 75-140 in the rear differential. It was listed at 16.99 per quart... but the kid working at AutoZone rang me out for 5 of the 75-80 bottles (at 6.99 a quart) . Normally I would've said something, but they were looking especially lazy and careless, and my wallet is looking mighty thin due to the newest add-ons (to be posted later).

Question 1: I didn't realize there were 20 different kinds of Gasket maker. I went with black (As opposed to red... copper... blue... etc etc.) Was this the correct choice?

Question 2: Eddie made it seem like you can torque right down (which is what I did). The box of the sealant said hand tighten... wait an hour... then torque. Is the way I did it bad???

Question 3: How long do you have to wait before you added fluid? I waited about 1 hour... But now I'm worried!

Question 4: How long before I can move my jeep? I'm parked at a slight decline, so my front didn't take as much as it should have (only 1 quart... the differential was emptying when I removed the filler nut!)

Thanks guys. And falcon, thanks for the help too. I may give you a call later tonight to see about the questions I just asked.

What's the difference between all of them?

And is it a problem that I added the fluid after letting it sit for a little over a half hour (As opposed to 24 hours?) I assume the dealers will send you home right afterwards?
