You can buy the parts. There's a guy on this forum selling the Bluetooth module and microphones but I'm not sure about the remaining wiring.

 

You interested in the 730N out of my 2015? I am thinking about getting an aftermarket head unit, and would sell the 730.

What is not stated in this post is that the 730N has U-Connect integrated into the head unit. If you go this route, however, you will also need to install a microphone kit and possibly a GPS antenna (IF the head unit has a separate connection for one).

I purchased a 2011 JKU that had the same buttons that did not function with my factory installed 130 head unit. I subsequently purchased a 730N and the buttons worked, I had navigation, and U-Connect. For me everything worked out of the box. I purchased the 730N from someone on the forum from Texas. It did, however, take a couple of power on/off sequences until the newly installed 730N realized it was now in California and updated to my vin number.
