Adjustable vs Non-Adjustable Ball Joints
I have 2007 Sahara JKU, almost 150,000.
What is the difference in the two and does it really matter? I can get Moog adjustable one but cannot get them in Synergy. Adjustable one are about twice the price. Where can I find a right up on replacement? I was planning on replacing them at the auto craft shop on post, good idea? Thought about replacing the hub assembly while I was there, too

Adjustable ball joints are used for correcting excessive camber issues. Are you way out of spec? Are your C's or axle bent?
IMO adjustable BJ have no place on a Jeep that will see any off-road time as they wont last.
Good videos on replacement...

I don't think so, I just get a wobble in the steering when I drive at a slow speed, it tends to go away at highway speed. How can you tell?
I think the wobble has to do with the steering shaft and the steering unit.
From watching the video, it looks like there is a u-joint in the axle. Would the ball joint press take out that u-joint?
Very good videos by the way, thank you very much.

I would recommend you familiarize yourself with Planman's death wobble write up and videos. It will answer a lot of questions and help you to diagnose which parts could be worn out.
As far as the u-joint you are seeing...that is part of the axle shaft. During the dis-assembly process you will pull the axle shafts out of the axle tube.
Great info here.....
