Annoying sound coming from brakes
might be some small rocks/pepples stuck in there, or other crap....did it start after wheelin?
You have relatively low mileage, but it could be that your rear pads are done. I've gone through two sets of rear pads in 60,000miles.
One of the plungers on your caliper may not be releasing too...I had one completely seized at one time.

Like everyone stated...could be worn out pads, pebble caught between the pads and rotor.
Best bet...jack it up take the tire off and inspect the pads and even remove the caliper off off the rotor (simple). You just may find your pads are worn out or damaged or if there is any debris/pebble caught between the pads and rotor. Also, this could give you a chance to inspect the piston on the caliper if it's functioning or seized.
