Any out a third row bench seat in a JKU?
I want to add a third row bench seat in my 2012 JK. Had anyone done this? I can see there are bench seats available on Extremeterrain.com as well as mounting kits. Any advice before i take this project on?

At least not if you plan to drive on public roads with passengers in the third row seat. Maybe for a hunting vehicle or off-road only.
Problem is safety.
IMHO. But you know people do all kinds of stuff to JKs that compromise safety, either their own safety and those of their passengers or other drivers' safety, which is something Jeepers seem to not care about at all.
