Default ARB IPF H4 Headlight replacement kits

Am looking to swap the stock headlights with a kit from Quadratec, (ARB IPF H4 kit). I saw the kit is a simple swap where as if you buy the fat boy bulbs and lens mounting kit you also need the ARB wireloop harness kit,
apparently the wireloop kit is required to prevent the wires from being fried. My question is has anyone installed the overall kit and are you satisfied with it? No additional wireloop was needed? I want to swap the stock lamps
and thought this was a good kit.

Thanks

Check out offroad.com, there is an article that was done last week on the IPFs . For the price they are not a bad choice.

This was article was done on my jeep. I like the lights so far, way better than stock. The lights that come with the headlights kit are a blue color. Some people like it and some don't . Once the bulbs burn out it will probable switch to the Philips extreme. The beam pattern is further and wider also the headlight housing is glass versus the OEM plastic housing

I have the IPF's and am very happy with them. Very easy install and way better than stock. I will probably go to a different bulb and harness at some point. As expected, everyone is going to say this brand or that brand is better....(usually whatever they own) lol

The IPF's are well worth the money and have a decent cut off that doesn't blind oncoming traffic as long as your headlights are aimed properly. I've run them for a while now and haven't had any problems with the harnesses included with the kit.

These are a pretty decent upgrade to the stock headlamps. I don't know or care if they are legal because the stock lamps shouldn't be. I have very little stray upward light and I also took the time to aim them properly. If you do that, you will be very satisfied and you won't blind oncoming drivers. I would liked to have purchased a set of Cibies from Daniel Stern, but he doesn't apparently give a damn about customer service and I couldn't get a response either via email or telephone. Get the IPFs from your favorite vendor, you won't be disappointed.

Another satisfied IPF user here. Only change I made was with the bulb, I run Xtravision bulbs instead of the bulbs that came with the kit. I've had these lights for two years now and have had no problems with the lights or with state inspections.
