Mine did this the second day I had it. I took it in the following day to get checked. It never did it again and did not kick any codes when the dealer checked it. Mine was in forward and reverse. Kind of felt like it was in low but it wasn't.

My JK feels like a total wimp in reverse. I think it is funny that I don't have any doubt on its ability to drive over a 2' snow bank forward, but backing up a slight incline - well you have to prepare.

Mine is acting up when I back up the driveway trying to move a desk, it was sort of a strain to get uphill
