Everything's cool. Let's hope it stays that way!

I'm starting to have trouble at just over 36K.

Feels(rather than sounds) like there is resistance in the gears, very hard to describe. I can feel intermittent friction while driving at low speed. It's starting to be noticeable at higher speeds now.

Any ideas?

22,000 Miles and only one minor issue. When cold it hesitates when shifting from 1st to 2nd. It does this once in the A.M. then not again until the next day.

Is this usually around 1500 RPMS? That is what mine is doing also except it does it often.

I marked yes, but once the dealership took the transfer case off, I guess it was a transfer case problem. My input shaft of the transfer case was gouged tearing the seal on the output shaft. Still trying to figure out how this one could happen

I have to vote "none of the above" in the poll.
My tranny has worked liked it was designed, with no failures (or dings)... but I hate the overdrive. I drive hills every day, and have to switch OD off all the time. There should be a flash to re-program the OD downshift, but there isn't.

5000 Km's and no issues to date. Heard some horror stories but have not suffered any on my JK.
