Default Does this symptom classify as a Shudder?

My JK has close to 28k miles. I recently started to develop what I think is an automatic transmission shudder. It only happens at take off from a dead stop. When in "D" as I accelerate, the JK has a slight jerk in it. I dont feel that shudder when I take off from "1" gear. I havent checked my trans fluid yet, I will over the weekend. I am debating if it is from the transmission or my rear axle. i will also check my differential fluid over the weekend as well. A shop regeared my axles over 2.5yrs ago and has never given any indication of going bad. The install went well, no whining or unusual noises. It is filled with Rpyal Purple diff fluid. What do you guys think? I will be making an appointment with the dealership soon, I just wanted to get your opinions. Thanks in advance....

Almost 4K and no problems, just the normal heat shield shutter that I can't seem to find yet.

Default Auto issues

Hello all. I am new to posting on the site, not new to reading it. I am stumped on an issue with my 2008 JKu and looking for advice before I take it to a pro.

My tranny makes a rattle between 45-55. It is an auto, 4 inch lift, 5.13's, ARB, 35's, superchips, 45k mileage, and I just determined it was the tranny, not a busted heatshield, or a bad pulley. When I am on the gas between 45 and 55 I get a rattle that will stop immediately if I let off the gas.

I hace been under/over every inch of the underside of my jeep. I am at a loss. Anybody ever have an issue with their auto like this?

I think it is the tranny because I put it in nuetral and the noise goes away, even when i stay on the gas.

I'm sitting at about 44k miles and no problems. Some towing of a camp trailer in the mountains, about 3k lbs or so. I plan on servicing it and installing a cooler this spring.

Default 35k miles transmission blowing fluid

I just got back from a 1000 mile trip and my Jeep is spewing tranny fluid all over ground. It was fine the day I got back sat in my drive all Sunday with no leaking, on my way to work today it started to sound like a jet engine whining, I got to work and the fluid was low but not below min level. Now there is a puddle under my jeep and it looks to be coming from the radiator.
Bummer!

If you have an auto tranny and have at least 2,500 miles on it, please vote. If you are having any problems, post a short description of the problem so we can compare.
At 29000 miles the tranny fluid smelled burnt. took it to the dealer and ended up having the entire tranny and torque converter replaced under warranty.
Three weeks ago at 57000 miles took it to the dealer for a leaky transmission cooler line, fixed under warranty. Didn't even get home and noticed a vibration when shifting from third to OD. The dealer had me come back and loaded some new software that was supposed to fix the problem. I drove it home again and immediately called them back and told them the vibration was still there. he said they would have to replace the torque converter but not to worry it was covered under warranty. Today i called to set up an appointment and he told me the only thing covered under warranty was the cooler and i would have to pay for the work already done before they would do any more work on it.
The problem i have is it was working just fine before they worked on it the first time and now they want to bill me for fixing their screw up.
