Axle Question...D44?

Axle Question...D44?
So i have an 07 2dr X, and the towing package with 4.10's, but when i looked at the front axle, it looked like a D30 diff cover, whereas the rear is definitely a D44. Is this abnormal, or how Jeep sets it up from the factory?

You're lucky, though.
Early '07s came with a D35 in the back.
