ball joints

dealer just called and said they are going to replace left side upper and lower ball joints. Question is whether or not they should do both at once or does it matter? They said the right side was fine?
Also getting brand new rad installed

dealer replaced all 4 of mine at once...
if i were you i'd try for a full set...why not...
