Hi there, I have replaced the bend door actuator twice the last week on my Jeep JK, the one just behind the left of the glove box. The two actuators I used were new from a sealed box and the good part number, both of them broke and started the strong clicking noise as soon as I installed them, look like the actuator wants to keep turning but the plastic wheel behind couldn't. I tried to find information on the web about the installation of this part but I could find nothing related, maybe because it's easy to access and replace but it seem that it suppose to be installed in a certain position in relation to the white plastic wheel behind. Can somebody help me?? Thanks!!
