Default Best serpentine belt?

Sorry, I have searched. I thought this would be a common answer. I have 86,000 miles on my stock belt, so I am going to replace it and keep my stock one in back for a spare.

What is the best belt?

Thanks for the input!

I have had Goodyear before, and wanted to get that, but the local advance has dayco, which I had not heard of. So maybe I will just get that. Of course I could go across town, and get a g y at Napa.

Anybody else have input?

Mine looks great also. But why not carry that one as a spare? Might help you, OR another JK off the trail.

I have given away my spare before. (When I had my xj)

I replaced mine on my 2008 Rubicon @ 60M as a precaution. Cheap price for piece of mind. Installer used Gates brand . Did not like dayco and can't remember the reason. He said you can't take the belt off and look at it with naked eye to tell it's condition. There is a tool he uses to check the grooves.

The best belt is the spare you carry. Any belt can fail any time.
