This happened to me vacationing in Pigeon Forge TN, we took the doors off and put them in the bedroom at the cabin we were staying in well I forgot about one of the straps and the door flew forward ( parking down hill ) and crunch. I worked last night and fixed it my self pretty good, I'll get an updated pic later.

How did you "fix it"?

This has me eyeballing those black, diamond plate cowl "armor". I think RR makes em?

 

Not sure if there is a line you cross from door ding to big ass dent, but I think you crossed it!

my mirror got mine - same spot but smaller

 

Going to sound crazy, I used a large chisel, stuck it between the frame and metal and started slowly hammering, the slope of the chisel pushed the back side of the dent back out, it is still there a little ,but looks alot better.
