I know this is late in coming, but the Hitch Rider vise works great! I recommend!
it's a simple device that i probably could have fabbed myself, but for the material and time-- the price was so reasonable that ordering one from Hitch Rider was a no-brainer.

Allen 303 Spare tire rack
Sorry for reviving this thread. I have a 33' hanging off my spare tire carrier. I'm looking to use the Allen 303 spare tire mount. I know it will fit but was curious on how to strap it to my carrier. Anyone using this setup that has pictures.

The Thule Spare Me rack works on 275/70 tires on my Sahara 18" rims just fine...I just keep it on all spring through fall...keep the key that locks the carrier handy though if you like going to those auto car washes...
