Default BLD Discussion

I finally had a chance to sit back and play with the BLD on my '10 Sport over the weekend and came up with few questions. I do understand how BLD works and all I have to say is WoW! Its definitely a whole different beast compared to my old '01 TJ Sport that didn't have BLD. For those who don't understand it: Jeep Discussion on BLD

My Questions:

1) What would be a good rpm to run at until the brake caliper starts to clamp down on the spinning wheel?
2) How much time should I allow the BLD to work before I give up and try a different approach to the obstacle?
