Unhappy Blown Head Gaskit? Or Mixed wrong coolants?? 2013JKU 40k Miles

I have no clue what this is. I was driving and noticed my Jeep starting to overheat. I pulled over to let it cool off. After waiting over an hour I opened up the Radiator cap and found this. Now about 6 months ago I took my Jeep the dealership cause there was what looked like Mud in my coolant. They flushed it and rifled it. After looking at the Service Ticket yesterday I noticed the used a HOAT coolant instead of the OAT. Now I Know when mixed it'll gel up. But would it Look like this? Could It be the head Gasket? Just looking for any Help.

If your oil looks like that also I would say head gasket, cracked or warped head. Hopefully its just the coolant. Flush all that crap out of there and refill with the correct fluid.
