Default Blown turn signals

I have a 2009 Unlimited, basically stock. I've had it a little over a year and it has 24k+/- miles on it. I'm on my 3rd rear blinker bulb. The brake light portion is working fine, but the turn signal portion goes out. Two times on the right, and today I lost the left.

Anyone had this problem?

Have you confirmed the bulb is bad with a continuity tester?

Sometimes, a bad connection at the socket will be good for a while when you replace the bulb, only to go bad again later, making it look like the bulb was the problem.

I can see the broken filament. Haven't checked the socket, but it been both sides now.

Didn't know if this was a common occurrence.
