Default Brake Lines rub at full lock...normal?

I noticed a line around my drivers side front tire where something has been rubbing it. It is the brake line, and it apparently rubs at full lock. Is this normal, or do I need to make a trip to the stealer? It looks like it might be easy enough to bend the bracket, but I am afraid I would kink the line. The Jeep is under warranty, I just hate going in for easy fixes.

EDIT: I should note My jeep is a completely stock 08 Sahara.

it is not normal, the bracket must have bent with something, it is hard to say over the internet if your line will mess up by moving it back to where it should be. use your best judgement , I think it should be OK.
