Broke spring

Was putting on a 2.5" lift on my 2009 jku this weekend and found a broke front right spring. Has anyone had this happen. This was a stock spring. Could this caused death wobble? Only about 4 to 5 inches was broke off at the bottom.

If you have death wobble, I would bet that's what broke the spring.

I have never heard of a broken spring causing DW.

I had a broke spring and I had death wobble. The wobble killed the spring.
