Default Broken Hinge pin

I took my doors off to cruise around with the warmer weather we had yesterday and when I wnt to put them back on, I snapped the threaded part off the bottom hinge of the front passenger side door. I didn't torque it any more than 20 ft/lbs or so, it just snapped.

Does anyone know if they are studs that i can replace, or do I need a whole new hinge assembly? It's not really a pressing issue as the doors still sit in the hinges and the top part is attatched, but I eventually want to fix it.

I got big hands, 20 lbs is finger tight!

I was looking at them and don't see why I really have to put them back any way. I may just take 'em all out eventually.
