Not sure why Jeep thought it was a good idea to put caps on it. Unless they figured they would sell more replacements. I think replacement lug nuts would be the best thing to do all the way around.

My 2011 lost two caps in less than 3000 miles.

I would strongly suggest that anytime you use aftermarket lug nuts that the first thing you do before installing them is to chase them down with the correct size die to clean the threads out. You wouldn't believe how much crap you will get out of them. I've broken off many studs that got seized half way off because of binding before my buddy that owns the local Harley shop told me this trick. duh...

If you'll take ten minutes to chase all the threads out of those new lug nuts and then use antiseize on the studs you won't ever have a seizure issue. Just an fyl. It's no fun having to snap off a stud then replace it with another.
