Default Broken speed sensor

Replacing my ball joints today and I broke the speed sensor on the driver side. Not the wire itself but the plastic piece that goes into the unit bearing. Anyone know if I can drive like that until I can order a replacement?
Does anyone know where to disconnect it from?

Oh and by the way changing ball joints in the east coast at 85,000 miles on the OD is a huge pain in the A$$. Rust and east coast winters make it alot harder to take things out. The unit bearing was a bitch to remove and my inner axle tube looks pretty cruddy.

Ordered the abs wheel sensor online for $26 shipped and it will be here Friday.
3 dash lights are on while driving "ABS, abs/esp and the jeep icon with the wavy lines behind it but no issues while driving at all. The price for the wheel sensor with shipping is for the driver and passenger side so it's not a bad deal at all. Even though I don't need the passenger right now it's good to have one available, besides I still have to do the passenger side ball joint.

Hopefully they are the right part, and no driving it like that won't hurt anything, all those lights come on to tell u that those things will not work , if abs and traction control and ESP lights are on, that means u don't have them, no anti roll, no abs brakes and no traction control, the only thing is you might need to go to a shop to clear all the codes set from not having that sensor. Most good scan tools like snap on and stuff can clear them, doesn't have to be a dealer

I believe my superchips can clear them as well. They should be the right part since the picture on the website was exactly what I have. It'll be here Friday so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

You won't need a scaning tool or superchip. Once you get moving and it seen the new sensor it will reset it self. I broke both front wheel sensor off install slevees. After three weeks driving around my rear brakes are shot now. But after replacing them the computer turned off the ligths at the bottom of my driveway, after I quick turn off and turn back the motor.

Good luck

Cruise control doesn't work when the ABS is not functioning. Apparently they don't want you cruising on ice and have the computer not help you out.
