Sure you don't have a wiring issue? Like with speedo not working you could go back and check wheel speed sensors. I think they work with a couple of sensors working that will drive vehicle speed. Careful about throwing parts at it.

 

the abs module internal fault code only has 2 diagnostic steps in my FSM:
clear code
turn engine on, if it comes back replace module (it implies instantaneously)

since yours seems to have a lot of other stuff going on i would think the PCM is involved.
