Default Can anyone identify this engine part?

This fell out when I was disassembling the engine for a rebuild, but I’ve no idea where it came from. Has 2 rubber pieces on it.

Find if the piece has a part number and look it up on Google

I cleaned it up really well but unfortunately there's no part number on it.

I assume this is for a 3.8?
It's part of the lower intake gasket.
I don't recall if the new lower gasket comes with a new one or not, but I would try and hang onto it.
There should be two of them, one for each end of the block.

The "rubber" I bet is just the old black RTV.

Yep, 3.8. And you’re 100% correct, just looked at the old gasket and found the second one still attached. Thank you!
