Default Can they work?

Well the time had come to do my first real mod to my "gadget". I'm planning on buying some 2012 JKRU coils and shocks. I have a 2010 jk sahara with 14 front and 53 back. The guy has 18 front and 59 back. Will this be a easy direct swap out or do I need more components? I'm a newbie so that's why I'm asking.

It is a direct swap doesn't matter if you have 2dr or 4dr. You will most likely see a little taller ride height and the handling will feel stiffer.

I got given a set of JKU Rubicon takeoffs from the local 4x4 shop. I have a 12 JK sport, and the stock left rear shock blew out already. The springs are 19/61 with shocks. The stock ones are 14/56. I put the shocks on, and they really made a change in the ride quality. I will have to wait till next week to get the springs on. Right now I have Teraflex leveling pucks, and 315/70R17 DuraTracs. I used Hurricane flat fenders so she doesn't rub offroad.
