Can't unplug brake wire
Hey, I am trying to remove the hard top, so I can get the soft top out. It is pretty straight forward, until I reach the point where I need to unplug the brake light from the back of the hard top. I can't feel a tab, which the book says I push in. I can pull it back about an inch or so then it stops.
I don't want to force it, in case I damage it. I looked on you tube and the only one that shows a close up with a description, is in Russian.
I have a 2010 Wrangler by the way.
Any help guys? It's probably real easy, I am just not seeing or feeling a tab, which I am supposed to push in before I pull it out.
Thanks,
Skook

Did you slide the red tab over? You will find that dodge puts this red tab on almost all electrical connecters, it locks the tab you press to pull the plug apart. Another trick if all that dose not work is press tab push together than pull apart
