The dealer thought mine was missing so they ordered it for me for free. My JK is an '08 and it doesn't have the tabs to hold it up. It dropped half way down and wedged itself in. I had to use pliers to get it back out. I'm going to run 4 screws into the inside walls of the console and let the tray rest on the heads of the screws. It is a handy little tray but I wouldn't have paid $60 for it.

Just so everybody is aware the 09' drop in tray does not fit in the 07-08 models. I was just at the dealer and put the tray in my 08' and it falls to the bottom. The 09' has extra tabs or is actually larger then the prior years console. Just a head up !

It appears to have the tabs, and as the other poster noted you can simply use some screws and have the console rest on the heads...we are Jeep owners...we can make it fit!!

IMO the center console sucks and heres why. It's to short. Not waterproof. Not secure. They should have come from the factory with tuffy center consoles as the standard. With that said that little tray thing seems like a nice idea if jeep can fix the other problems.
