Default Click clunk sound from front Drivers side tire area After warranty work

Okay guys/gals need some input. I recently got the u joints warrantied by the stealership. After the repair I noticed when i was taking off and after I let out the clutch there was a soft click/clunk coming from the front drivers side tire area. It doesn't matter if I am going in reverse or forward and it doesn't do it all the time.

I got under last night and checked all the torque settings on anything to do with the lift so I ruled that out.

I know they had to remove the calipers and pull the shafts to get at the U joints so I'm thinking they did something to the caliper to make it loose?

Any ideas? I've got an appointment with the service manager after work tonight for them to see if they can figure it out.
