Default Clutch Pressure Goes

I have a stock 2007 JK, not too familiar with the inner workings but I am having some clutch pressure issues. When I press the clutch and leave my foot on it, it will go straight to the floor and not come back up. Wait about 30 seconds and its back up to normal and shifts into first ok, but then shift into second 10 seconds later and the pressure is alot lower, cant do third gear....no pressure in the clutch, its on the floor. Wait 30 seconds and I am fine. What should I look at and what is probably the problem?

Are there any signs of leakage in the clutch master/slave cylinder areas?

Have you checked the fluid level in the brake/clutch reservoir?

If that's OK, the system may need bleeding.

Other than that, you may need some new parts. (master or slave cylinder)
