Code P2784, Humming Sound and Car wont move

Code P2784, Humming Sound and Car wont move
Hi all,
Need Help. My jeep started producing a humming sound, won't move at all, and gave me a P2784 Code.
Here is the humming sound link:
2017 Jeep JKU Humming Sound won't move, and P2781 Code.
I never had issues with shifting, red color transmission oil, no leaks, and already had two transmission oil changed.
2017 JKU w/ 92,500 miles.
I already took it to a mechanic who quoted me $6,500 for a transmission replacement, but I disagree that it needs a replacement.
I would appreciate your input on how to diagnose my Jeep.
