Default Cold air from dash area

During cold days, I have cold air that comes form under the dash, like just below the steering wheel. It blows just onto my knees. I can't seem to locate an opening. Anyone else have this issue? or any solutions?

I had the same problem. I finally found a hole looked like it would be where the clutch cylinder would mount for a manual trasnmission. My guess is that it should
have had a plug in it from the factory for an automatic.

If you look up under the dash to the left you should see a black rubber hole, its either an access point or just a random piece of rubber that chrysler put there...I used it to runn the power source for my after market sub and amp. Make sure there's not a cut in it or has been completely removed. If you guys can't find it ill get a pics of it if you'd like. Another way is to open the hood and look down into the far right side on the fire wall and you should see it. It just looks like a big 2" rubber plug. Hope this helps
