On page 40 of the 2008 warranty information booklet (included with your owners manual ) there are 3 steps listed for resolving warranty problems. First discuss your problems or concerns with the owner or general manager of the dealership.Second if your dealership still can't resolve the problem contact the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center:1-800-992-1997 or e-mail @www.jeep.com, click on the ''contact us '' button.
