Default Cost of a B-Job

What should I expect to pay at my dealer for a 4 wheel brake job? I think I need rear rotors as well. Just wanna be prepared.

First any kind of mechanic work that I learned. It's easy as cake, do it yourself and save a bunch of $

You can do it yourself, put on lifetime warranty brake pads from AutoZone and save a ton of money. The OEM pads only come with a 90 day warranty and the dealer labor only has a 30 day warranty. You don't get much for the money you'll pay.

id do them my self too. A shop well depend on what parts you use, cheap pads and roters. If you do it your self you can buy top of the line and it will still be cheaper.

You gotta figure a few hours labor plus parts. And with brakes if you have seized bolts.... you never know.

If you have ever done a brake job do it yourself the JK's are easy. If you need new rotors slide the old one off, the new one on , replace caliper and your done.

Yeah I think Im gonna go buy a floorjack and do it myself. Everyone agree on the autozone pads? I know my rear rotors are toast. front look new at 38k miles. Should I get my rotors from Quadretec or Jeep? Do I need to cut the fronts? Really feel smooth with no wear. Thanks for motivating me

F'ers wanted $500 for just rear pads and rotors... No way..., parts from autozone were a hundred and something and took an afternoon.

Don't pay a dealer for overpriced work.

Got pads and rotors from autozone, no issues.
