Had my first flat offroad recently (was a broken stem) and noticed the jack well has no rubber bung plug in the bottom. It is oval shaped. Is this a generic part or do I have to go to Mopar to get one? Also anyone know how to tighten the seat height adjuster tension as mine keeps lowering each time and I have raise it all the time.

 

My seat has to be adjusted up quite often. It's because each time I exit the vehicle, my left leg tends to push down briefly on the adjuster handle.

 

Should check to see if this is my issue. Going to put steps on the Jeep soon. Too short and too much arthritis to deal with dictates that now.
