I have 3.21's, and the power loss was so minimal that I barely noticed...so you'll be ok. I'm actually running 285's (33's) now with the same 3.21 gears with no real issues.

X2 on promising 255/75R16 won't rub. I got that size to replace the 225 stocks, and wish I'd gone bigger, like 285's w/ 2"BB.
3.21's, no real change. Speedo reads 11.3% slower than actual

Thanks alot, I have since upgraded to 33's and about 3" of lift but here's another shot I have of NO lift and the 265's...
