Default Crankshaft position sensor

I have a 13 JKU Rubicon. Recently it just shut off while going about 40mph. Pulled it off the road. It would turn over fine, just would not start. I tried multiple times. After about ten minutes, while waiting on a friend and a wrecker, I continued to try and start it. It started and ran perfect, no check engine light, no codes. It did this once more a couple of weeks later. Today it did it again and the check engine came on and I got a code. P0339 Crankshaft position sensor "A" circuit intermittent. The dealer is going to look at it in a couple of days. The Jeep has 47500 miles. Anyone have any experience with this? Warranty covered"

CPS failure is a common problem. Warranty will cover it

What was the final word on what the issue was? I am currently dealing with the same issue.
