Default Creaking?

Hey guys I was just curious if the creaking noise when backing up is normal? Anything I can do for it? It seem to only happen when its been sitting for a while. Thanks in advance.

You sure it's not your seat?

Mines not when I back up but it creaks and rattles every once in a while. It's a jeep thing, I think they're supposed to do that lol

No it's not my seat! Lol. It just creaks when backing out of the driveway. Sounds like an old door opening and closing. I was just curious.

Does it only happen when you have your foot touching the brake? Not fully engaged but still somewhat on the brake?

My 2012 Auto JKU creaks when shifting out of park as I'm backing out of my driveway. I was thinking it had to do with the low gears once the transmission is engaged into drive forcing the wheels to move even though the brake is applied.

Default brakes

Could be your emergency brakes. If you wheel just take them out.

Yep it's when I'm shifting out of park and my foot is slighty on the brake backing out.
