Curious Sighting
So i was doing what everyone else does on thanksgiving day... going to the super market to get some forgotten items for the feast. So since i have my jeep now i obviously check out other people riggs to help me get an idea of what i do and dont like. Saw something interesting.. Saw a JKU with a Factory "SPORT" badging on the side, But then I see a "RUBICON" sticker in the factory spot. as well. So since I am new to the scene I am kinda confused about what I saw, so I start to write it off as my ignorance. Then the wheels catch my eye.. stamped steelies... So now I am pretty sure that I was looking at a Rubinot but still could be wrong. Just throwing this out there to see if I am right or wrong.
It probably wasn't a rubi, you can always tell by looking at the shocks, rubi's are red. If your still not convinced you have to learn how to spot the difference between a Dana 30 and a 44 front axle. Also look for the e-locker wiring on the differentials.
Rubicons come with mud terrain tires too.

Yea it had Sport Tires.
So how do i spot check for Dana differances..
I am at the office so i can go look a thet manual or anything right now but how can i verify if I have the locking rear differantial, and what my gear ratio is on my 2012 Sport.
Ohh yea Hijacking my own thread
