Customer satisfaction survey....
When i purchased my jeep a little over a month ago, i thought i remember the salesman saying something about a customer satisfaction survey. Does jeep send you some kind of survey? how long does it take to get it?

yeah, thats what im talking about. i know the dealers take those surveys very seriously. they always kiss your butt to give them all perfect marks. my jeep is in the shop right now because of some warning lights. i have a lift and 35's on it so im concerned that the dealer will try to say my warranty is void. if i had the survey, i could probably convince them that the warranty is still good.

They have sent them out for many years now, chrysler mails them out.I got mine about a month later after buying my Jeep.I filled it out all negative cause the dealership I used sucked but it didn`t change anything
Haha... my dealership wanted me to return it to them uncompleted for a free tank of gas. Of course I filled it out, noted that they did that, and gave them bad marks.
You'll get it soon enough.

Chrysler is in the process of changing their survey system because of just what you guys described doing.
It was designed to make sure that you had a competent sales person and that you were given a proper vehicle delivery, fair sales process, etc. NOT for customers using it to hold over their sales person's head in order to get service issues fixed. They realized that this was happening and screwing sales people out of their certification and they are coming up with a new system that will not allow this to happen. One bad survey took a LOT of 100's to overcome and it just wasn't right.
In the old system, not everyone got a survey. It was randomized.

Well I wasn`t ...thats why I filled it out all negatives.I worked at a toyota dealership for 11 years back home in north carolina so I know how this whole dealership thing works.
If I or we(the dealership) treated a person buying a car as I was treated up here in canada I would have been fired!!
Salesmen up here are jackasses and could careless if you were treated fairly or not.
At the dealership I worked at back home(N.C) we bent over backwards to make the buyer as happy as possible.
