Default D-30 torque specs

I'm looking for the torque specs for the bearing caps for a D-30 in my 2008 JKU. Any help would be awesome.

How do I know which one of the two listed is the one I have. One says 40 and the other says 80lbs.

Yours is the FRONT AXLE - 186FBI. That's just the code for the Dana 30. You should torque it to 45 ft/lbs.
