Default Dash speakers - how to turn back on...?

You know those little roundish speakers on the far left and right side of the dash (2010 JK)?

My son and one of his friends entered some kind of programming mode (or entered a code, or something....) and turned off those speakers.

I can't figure out how to get them to come back on... And we can't find the "friend".....

... no, it's not the fader btw.....

TIA

I think they are just tweeters. Is the treble turned down to 0?

No... treble can be adjusted all the way in either direction and still no sound.

I'd take it to the dealer and see if they know, if you can't find what's wrong. Coincidence that the "friend" just disappeared

Yes, and I was mistaken - it is all of the front speakers - not just the ones on the dash.

And it's not the fader.... :(

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a couple of hours?

There is no code to turn off the fronts or rears. They had to have unplugged the speakers from the radio for all to be off in the front. Did they pull out the radio?
