Could I get them replaced for free as a preventive measure since they're basically admitting to a problem or potential problem by sending this letter?

Got a phone call from Jeep. Told me to take to Jeep and they would
look at the cooler lines and if there was any leakage they would replace.
If no leak, no need to replace. Also, told me other recalls, brake
line hitting plastic fender, if I had front bumper with tow package
(for towing Jeep behind another vehicle) need to replace bumper,
and overheating transmission flash so more than one ding will
happen if overheating. Really no need to get recalls fixed since
I added trans cooler, but will, to preserve lifetime warranty.
