I ran that PSC cover for years on 3.5" lift.....few years of which were with factory rear arms (pinion pointing a bit higher like yours is right now). I wouldn't worry too much bout things.

If you do want to be sure you get the factory stated amount of oil into it. I have filled until I could through fill hole then rest through the axle breather tube.

All went well, i did end up jacking it up a bit to make sure I didnt underfill it. Also put MC skid plate on just in case, though i feel like its more bulky than id like.
